To be confident that translations are performed by genuinely and professionally qualified translators, we verify our translators' qualifications.

Due to the increasing risk of impostors from different countries, we now also kindly ask our translators to validate their location and identity.

A translator can validate their location and/or identity to us via one of the following methods:

1. Since WhatsApp shows one's official number, it serves as a good indicator of one's location. Therefore, please consider connecting with us on WhatsApp which will also help exchange messages and files much faster than Email. (Recommended) See below for more info.

2. An official ID and/or academic document can be sent to us via the above contact form or as an email attachment. A contact number can also be provided. Please note that in case we have doubts, we may give you a quick verification call or send you a text message. 

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know about them.

We have recently been notified that someone is impersonating our company by email and possibly other communication methods. They have stolen our logo and the design and structure of our corporate email. Their fraudulent, phishing emails come from personal email addresses. Please be informed that D&T Translations does not use personal email addresses to communicate with translators or clients.

The file below is our contract agreement with our translators. We kindly ask translators to download, read and keep a copy of it in case of questions, disagreements or disputes. The agreement is almost identical to the one offered for public use by the American Translators Association available at https://www.atanet.org/business_practices/translation_agreement_guide.pdf. We kindly ask our partner translators to pay particular attention to pages 5,6 and 7. Thank you!
