Suspicious form submissions are ignored. Should we be subjected to fraud, however, we will immediately notify law enforcement agencies including FBI, Local Police, Homeland Security, USCIS etc.. We will provide them with the IP address, documents and other information provided.

TRANSLATORS AND COORDINATORS
Your personal information including your documents is shared with our translators and other third party service provider(s) (coordinators) who help us with the coordination of translations. Our translators and coordinators may keep your personal information along with your documents for as long as it is reasonably necessary to facilitate the provision of our services to you. All of our translators and coordinators are instructed to keep your personal information in secure environments and respect its privacy and confidentiality. They are also instructed to delete your personal information along with your documents from their computers after 48 hours of submission. We may still have your personal data shared with the translators and coordinators in the form of email communications. These email communications are usually deleted within 3-6 months from our side. We ask the translators to delete these emails within one month.

WhatsApp greatly facilitates the translation management process by speeding up the exchange of files and information. This allows us to provide fast and reliable services to our customers.
