- Locate your order (use the search bar with your Order Reference Number found in your confirmation emails).

Need to request a correction?
We do not accept correction requests over the phone as they must be in writing.
- Fastest Method (In your account): If you have an account, log in and click the Request Corrections button on your specific order box. This goes straight to the translator for analysis and allows direct communication.
- Alternative Method (No account or order not visible): For customers who do not have an account, or if you created your account after placing your order and cannot see it, please request corrections via email. Simply reply directly to the email you received containing the translation(s) in question (allow 12-24 hours for a response; expedited orders are prioritized and handled as quickly as possible).
