Certified vs. Business Translation
Certified translations are for official use (legal, government, academic) placed on our letterhead with a certification of accuracy. Business translations are for marketing or operational purposes and focus on preserving the original format and design, using advanced tools like Adobe InDesign or Illustrator when necessary.
Credential Evaluation Services
We offer document-by-document ($60/level) and course-by-course ($120/level) evaluations. While widely accepted, we recommend confirming requirements with the receiving institution as these services are non-refundable. Samples are available upon request.
Notarization Options
Digital Notarization is legally valid and fast—no waiting for shipping. We handle the online process. Traditional Notarization with wet ink signatures is available for documents requiring physical copies or for obtaining an Apostille.
Apostille Services
If you intend to use a notarized translation outside the USA, we can obtain an Apostille for it ($145 for the first, $100 for each additional). We also manage the apostille process for original documents for a service fee.
Specialized Translations
We offer translations for specific needs like the DMV/RMV (at a higher rate due to stricter requirements), translations for other credential evaluation services (WES, ECE, etc.), and delivery in various editable formats for business clients.

Quality Assurance
We guarantee translations by professional human translators with relevant experience who research terms and carefully proofread their work. For medical documents, we assign the most suitable translator available, who will conduct the necessary research.
Errors & Revisions
We encourage you to review your translation for critical details. We will promptly correct any of our mistakes, errors, or omissions. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your satisfaction, however, subsequent changes based on modifications to the source document may incur a fee.

Delays are possible, and we will notify you promptly. However, we do not guarantee that you will meet your personal or institutional deadlines. It is your responsibility to plan accordingly. For tight schedules, we strongly recommend our **expedited services**.
descriptionDelivery & Formatting
Translation Presentation
Certified translations are delivered as protected, black-and-white PDFs on our company letterhead. Business translations can be delivered in editable formats. The layout will closely approximate the original, but for complex designs, a professional DTP service is available for an additional fee.
Handling Source Files
For best results with business translations, please provide editable source files (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Word). If unavailable, we can convert non-editable files, though some format variations may occur. We can also provide a two-column table with source and target text if you prefer to handle formatting yourself.

Notarization is performed by a New Jersey-based notary public and may take an additional 24-48 hours to process. Notarized hard copies are mailed via FedEx; we do not email them as original signatures are required for validity.
Apostilles for translations are issued by the NJ Department of State and typically take 10-15 business days (expedited service is available). By using our shipping services, you agree to the carrier's terms.

Security & Confidentiality
Staff (project coordinators) are bound by confidentiality agreements and translators are well aware of the confidential nature of their work.
Liability
Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.
Cancellation & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled, but the client agrees to pay for the work completed. The cancellation fee ranges from 20% to 100% of the total amount paid, depending on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
A refund may be issued if a translation is officially rejected (with verifiable proof), significantly exceeds the promised turnaround, or is of extremely poor quality beyond reasonable correction.
